Settings - Call - Smart Call handling
currently there's no double tap to sleep or double tap to wake on XZ Premium. you can install a third party launcher (Nova Launcher, for example) that allows double tap to sleep, but it uses some workarounds to achieve that and and it still won't enable double tap to wake.
