Problem with screen lock

Hi, I have a problem with the screen lock when I press the button the phone does not lock, it looks like it has reset or something like this, the lichen does not have a black screen as it should only be Sony animations, then when I unlock the phone all functions are running, -Fi, bluetooth, data transmission

do you mean that you're getting the boot animation after trying to lock the screen? have you tried powering the phone off and on again? booting in safe mode (/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/td-p/348008) to see if the issue persists?
