After my new Sony xperia xz updated to nougat the audio playback is jumpy, you cannot listen to anything without it jumping and skipping, does any 1 have the same issue or can any1 help?

Are you using a normal wired headset, or are you using a Bluetooth headset?
Have you only experienced this happening while listen to music or playing a video or can it also happen during a call?

That is strange. Could you reboot your device into safe mode and see if it still happens for pre-installed apps such as YouTube?

My hands-free kit in the car does not work anymore. This problem should be repaired as soon as possible. Maybe with a new Update or something.

@Debz151180 Yes that indicates that it is caused by a downloaded third party app. I'm afraid it's very hard to find which one but if you have installed any new apps around the same time that you began to experience this I'd recommend that you start by uninstalling those.
@Nasch_byr Sorry to hear this. In your case, do you get no audio at all when you connect to a Bluetooth device? Or do you also experience that the audio skips?
