Pixelated videos

Videos on instagram and facebook look pixelated. I have tried every setting there is, and I am about to give up and go buy a Samsung phone instead. Had the same problem with xperia xa1 ultra that I bought last week, and I returned it and bought xzs instead thinking I wouldn't have any further problems. 

Can someone please help me.

Hi @Mhein, welcome to the community. I am very sorry to hear about this.

Both Facebook and Instagram are owned by Facebook so it may be something they need to rectify. Make sure both applications are up to date with the latest versions.

Do you experience video pixelation if you use the default camera application?
