Phone isn't charging to 100% and photos are deleted after the phone has been rebooted

The phone is not recharged 100%
And after rebooting the phone, the phone deletes all photos.

@Andriy09 could you try to restart your phone in safe mode and checking if the phone charge correctly? 

Also, if you could report your model number and customization number I may check if your is a demo unit, which in that case it may be the reason why your pictures get erased at every reboot.

To get your model number and customization id: Go to settings, diagnostics, facts. There you will find the information I am asking.

I also tried safe mode, phone still charges only up to 59%, photos disappear after restart and also after each time I start the phone I'm getting demo theme
