Many problems ... (muted audio, videos won't play)

Well I just realised that my warranty says information not available and I only use this phone for 3 months.. I have still the problem with the muted audio and the videos can't play sometimes and I must restart my phone.. I haven't root my phone it's like new.. I format it to see if it will fix but nothing... Tell me what I can do to fix it.. And I am afraid that of I send it to fix it I will pay couse my phone doesn't display the warranty...

I would say, do a backup first, then use Xperia Companion to do a software repair.

Before 7.1.1 update I was facing only the sound problem now I have so many of them.. I try before the 7.1.1 version the software repair but again nothing.. Still the same problem.. I think that I must send it to so Sony support

Ok I still have android 7.0 UK UNLOCKED firmware. Still waiting for the update. But I haven't got any issues. Will report back once I get 7.1.1.

For warranty- as long as you have the receipt for purchase you may be able to get it covered without any problem. Just have a word with customer services.

Never mind I did a software repair and I haven't face these problems.. I will not check it for an accepted solution I will wait to see if this problem will reappear again

I facing Same problem,While playing audio or video, it doesnt start, even ringtone is not playing while someone calling me.....plz Helppp

I did a software repair from pc companion and I update all my apps.. I think that Facebook messenger is making this problem.. Don't transfer it to SD card and you will not have the problem.. At least that what I did
