XZ should still be a very capable phone, I doubt it's "very slow". anyway, you probably won't find a way to exchange it here, you might want to try returning the device to the store you bought it in and get a refund, and then buy an XZ Premium.

Sorry to hear you feel that way about the XZ 

As @najodleglejszy said if you are wanting to exchange the phone the best place to discuss this would be with the retailer you originally purchased the handset from.

Alternatively, we may be able to help resolve this issue for you. Could you clarify what you mean by the phone is slow. Is it lagging or freezing when performing certain tasks or using certain apps?

Any thing I open in mobile it take time to open even when I call anyone it take time. Some time I click on menu it take time and some time camera also hang out. Fb page also work slow. When I watch YouTube it closes automatically.

try backing up important data and then use Xperia Companion on PC to perform a software repair.

XZ is not that slow and it received better software treatment than Premium. Premium is a bit faster but not that much as you can imagine.
