Headphones in box?

I bought a xz premium from car phone warehouse in England. According to Sony website they should come with noise cancelling headphones but I haven't got them with mine. Just some cheap ones. Any ideas why?

@Slim1 what actually comes in the box varies across regions/countries & from the actual network provider.....some providers over the years with different models offer different 'incentives' to purchase from them, my Z2 a few years back came with good quality Noise Cancelling Headphones but i have also heard of network providers having/offering everything from fast chargers to leather cases....if you feel you should have received better headphones i would suggest looking at Carphone Warehouses website or contacting them at the place of purchase

depends on the region. mine didn't come with headphones but had a quick charger bundled instead ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My preorder came with regular / standard headphones, quick charger, additional wireless, noise cancelling headphones worth 1299zł and VIP service 😛

Mine came with really crap earphones. They keep falling out of my ears.

I will never understand Sony. Some regions have earbuds , some don't... Some regions have quickchargers other don't... USA doesn't have fingerprint sensor, the rest of the world does.... 

Is it really hard to include everything in the box for everyone ? 

Never bought a mobile devices without headsets and the fact that some Sony devices don't have it bundled is imo offensive.

from what I've read, the US version has got the fingerprint scanner disabled because of a patent owned by HP for a fingerprint scanner embedded in a power button placed on a side of a device.
when it comes to different accessories bundled...
perhaps Sony had done some market research regarding different expectations in different regions and changes the package content accordingly? just a wild guess.

What's funny is that they included the fingerprint sensor in the power button, flashing a different ROM will enable it.

My pre-ordered XZ Premium from My Sony official website at premium price only came with low quality earphones that sounded like bought at a side walk stall, other accessories were a protective case, cheap plastic screen protectors, a QC 2.0 power bank with microUSB port, a 32GB MicroSD card & USB A to Type C 480mbps data cable. Not to sound like bitching but all these accessories up to current specifications, probably still better than nothing.
