I got the xz premium and I love the device. but I have Bluetooth issue where with the Sony Smartband talk, it connected the first time. But it lost connection over night and it will not longer connect at all. I've did a full wipe of the band, and on attempt to reconnect, it will see but it fails to connect. I can get it to connect to my old Z3 and to my Galaxy S6 but it will not longer connect to XZ. I do have an international version of the device and I am American but I don't know if that matter.
Additionally, it doesn't connect to my car at all. It sees it but it does not connect.

That's the problem, you will have to either unistall app by app
or
you could repair the phone with XC and check again.
But before doing so, you might want to try to sync the SBT with a different phone.
So it found it ,and connected in safe mode.
I rebooted it stayed said it was connected, but the Smartband talk App cannot talk to it. despite that it shows up as being connected in lifelog, and it's still saying it's not actually connected to the device.
@uliwooly
So how do I go about making the determination which app is causing an issue, and how do I resolve it? just remove it?

I know it still works It sync'd to my Galaxy S6
I'll try the XC repair, the voice recog also randomly cuts out, so there might be something else larger going on here.

Thank you. I'll try this and report back.
Apparently that was all I needed. It seems to be working pretty well now. The watch took a little bit to sync, it was a little finicky but it still finally sync. I think the NFC is broken on it because it reads it but won't connect via NFC (Maybe it's time to replace). But it links to my car and watch just fine. The voice recognistion still cuts out a little bit here and there, maybe that's a firmware issue itself that will get worked out with the updates.
Thanks for your help!
