Anyone knkw where to find Wifi Calling?

Just got my XZP and followed the instructions to where wifi calling is supposedly meant to be..  But it's nowhere to be seen.

To be precise, it's supposed to be in settings, more, 'wifi calling',  but I must be blind. I'm with EE and was set up on an iPhone for 2 years on WiFi calling with no issues.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, you should ask three when they will add more phones to their "baked in" lineup of three phone brands.Screenshot_20170604-011634.png

until then, they give complete instructions on how to get the service on other models here..

Ee voice over wifi is dependant on using Ee firmware. Did you buy from Ee or carphone warehouse?

Ah.  Carphone Warehouse. Will that prevent me from using it?

Yup, EE only let android phones bought direct on their wifi calling, they put it in their own firmware.

Have a look in Settings - Call, and here you should be able to choose WiFi-calling.

Might be regional differences for all I know, but hope it helps.

Not True !!!
I have been looking into that as well and have been told many times by various EE tech support that most recent phones, bought from EE or NOT, support Wifi calling out of the box.
They referred me to their Wifi Calling help page (below) and confirm that the "All versions" means "non EE purchased".
Their site quote:

"WiFi Calling is available on all versions of the iPhone 5c and later models of the iPhone, as well as the Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+, S7, S7 edge, A3 (2017), A5 (2017), Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Lumia 550, 650, 950, 950XL, HTC 10, HTC U11, BlackBerry Priv, BlackBerry Dtek 50, Google Pixel, Google Pixel XL, Huawei P10, P10 Lite, P10 Plus and P8 Lite (2017)."

For all other phones, including Xperia, they need to be purchased directly from EE as they include an "EE firmware" which has the Wifi calling toggle switch.
This is simply due to the fact the Sony doesn't include the Wifi Calling settings in their "Customized UK 1308-5320" firmware. All other vendors listed above include it out of the box.

I bought my XZP at Carphone Warehouse, as I wanted the Chrome colour (CW exclusive in the UK).  I checked my modem configuration and indeed the configuration is marked as a "telefonica" modem profile ???

Previous to the XZP, I had an unlocked Microsoft 950XL, also from Carphone Warehouse, and the Wifi calling settings were included in the generic UK firmware. I only had to flip the wifi calling to on to be able to use it. I then received an EE text loading some new sim setting and restart. That simple! (you need to be an EE pay monthly customer and have it enabled on your account, which is my case as I used it before!).

Why does Sony not include the Wifi Calling setting in their "Customized UK" firmware ????

So currently, you can't have, in the UK, a Chrome version with Wifi calling... you have to choose between the Chrome estheatic or Wifi Calling, you can't have both out of the box.

Why, Sony, why?
