Activation of my xperia not possible ?

Hello, 

I just got my xperia XZ PREMIUM two days ago. Now I wanted to register it for the functions of my xperia, for example deleting my phone after losing it. Sure, I hope I'll never lose it anyway. I already used this features for my z3

After going through various options I can't find the right setting for activating my xperia like it is described on Sony's my xperia website. 

Any ideas or thoughts on that?

You can activate it in the settings and find it via browser. I am almost certain there is no app.

I think the app is gone, but you can use an alternative made by Google https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.adm

Same treatment from Sony in software... They dicontinue the feature /apps / services over and over again. And no, this app is not a good replacement, read what comments it has. 

When can we expect What's New to be discontinued? It's totally useless as it is displaying bloatware and adverts only.
