hello their i currently contacted sony mobile over the phone to aranage my phone to be sent off through the post now im very dissatfied with the customer service i recieved when she heard something she dident want to hear she tryied to be clever and said helloe i carnt hear you when for a fact i had full bars now i do have problems with my signal and charge rport poor batery etc but their was no need for this rude attitude she also mentioned about the premium charge if they have looked at it and decied that which if does hapen i refuse to pay as my phone should be covered free and the fact i dont use a payement card and placed of amazon with top up ballance is out of the question and to be told they dont except money or any four of check through post grinds me gears consdering this phone cost 400 pounds i will refuse to pay any premums if told to do so now i know its not offcial yet but i felt i had to update on a fourm to get any advice on this as i felt this is illegal for sony to do so and i dont know why they can even call themselfs that they may aswell be a teleshopping gimmick they used to be cool but ther service and attitude i recived is apauling 2 years warrnty means im covered free of charge espically given that ths phone was faulty when it arived to me off amazon and they cannot provide a refund until i contact sony this si sony fullfied they just sell the phones it wudent be right condering the seller just launced and that their trying to set up a repectable bussiness sort it out sony !

Did you purchased the phone from Sony? is the repair center a Sony repair center or a third party?
