z3+ bluetooth problems

Hi.

My z3+ has some bt problems whit my plantronics headset. it suddenly started to sound like i was to far away from phone, i did a factory reset wich solved it but now a few weeks later it does the same thing again.

I will however do a reset again to se if it helps.there is warning it just happens. 

I have done a update whit headset but no change,i did also try another same headset but still the same.

has anyone had this problem ?

Do you experience the same while on safe mode? does this happen with a particular app?

have not tried it in safe mode, funny thing is that the mobil worked from oktober when i bought it new

until beginning of december. I did a factory reset after i tried another headset and updated headset software.

It happened suddenly betweeen to calls.

Now it did the same yesterday again, and i did a factory reset again this time whit pc companion and now it works again.

If it happens again i will try first whit safe mode to see what happens.

The symptoms are just as if you leave the cell and walk away from it,restart cell or headset or reconnect headset wont help.

My z3+ bluetooth can't pair to another bluetooth device. And sometimes the bluetooth turn off by itself. How can i fix this problem ?

sorry for beeing away so long, work seems to take the most of my time .

I think i have found the reason tho bt problem. It is an app that causes it. when i put cleanmaster (antivirus and clean app)

in the phone it works a couple days and then it starts cutting out my headset(plantronics voyager pro)

as soon as i uninstall the app it works.
