Xperia z5 premium headset not recognizing

My xperia z5 premium headset is not recognizing when attached, headset is working in other phones and i checked with different headsets too. Cleared smart connect data,cache, restart,update everything. It doesn't fix. Soundabout app works, but sometimes it needs restarting which is annoying. I don't have warranty and my country doesn't have Sony support either! What can i do to fix this issue?

Hi @Anushkamaduranga,

If you have already tried the previous tips suggested in this thread it is most likely related to hardware I'm afraid. In that case I suggest that you either contact your retailer or Local support in order to find out how to send your phone to an authorized service center.
