Hello Everyone,

I have been using my Xperia Z1(which I had bought from Ebay, Hongkong) since the past 3 months. Unfortunately, some superglue fell on the power switch and it became locked. I tried to turn it on by calling from other phones and also by turning the camera button on and it worked for time being but suddenly the monitor went off and the mobile stopped working. 

Could you please help me out. I am currently living in Finland and I am clueless how to deal with it.

If the phone is bought from Hong Kong, you will not able to get it repaired in Finland since the warranty is based on different regions and the service centers in Finland may not have the spare parts for your unit.

I suggest that you contact the concerned support team or retailer for more information about how to get the phone examined and repaired:
