Wont switch on after update

Hi guys,

Yesterday i installed the new update but after it switched off to install it, it wont switch on anymore. I did everything i read to turn it back on but wont work(little yellow button, power and volume). Anyone has any idea what to do next?

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 3 hours

Been on a wall charger for the passed night. Doesnt work:S

You could try a different wall charger and report back.

Already did that:( My GF has the same phone so i used 2 different chargers.

I'm sorry to hear that, you might have to contact your Local support

Does the LED turn on at all? does it vibrate when you press and hold the power button for 10 or so seconds?

Already contacted Sony.

When i press the volume and power it vibrates 3 times and thats it. When its on a charger the red light in the top left corner is red.

You need to get it inspected by them ( Local support )
