thanks
Hi Mosho
Does your LED flash red when this happens? A lot of people have experienced a problem with this (me included). Browse this forum as well as XDA and you'll see. I think there was also a (long) thread on this topic deleted recently.
Accepted wisdom is to try a 'software repair' using the PC Companion software, and if that doesn't work, contact your local support. I am preparing to send my Z5C to them. Make sure you backup your stuff before the software repair, because it will wipe your phone.
Good luck!

Probably need to talk to local support, then, I'm afraid. Same symptoms here, and I'm now preparing to send my phone to them.
Good luck.
After the update to Masrhmallow my phone has started getting a lot of issues. The major one is that if I turn it on or restart it, it goes into this weird cycle where it turns on which takes forever on this phone and then something crashes in it, the red LED blinks in the top left corner the screen crashes with some weird artificats and the phone starts rebooting again. This happens for about 5 time at the very least. At first I thought it's the StyleCover that causes it to reboot each time like that so I don't put the cover up when rebooting it or when it crashes but it still sometimes happens when it seems to work just fine and when I swipe to access the phone it simply crashes. And this is not the only issue, now when I'm trying to take a picture or film something it can sometimes just quit out of the Camera app for no reason, and it doens't even crush, it just quits out and it didn't even overheat so it's weird. And I noticed it works just worse with most apps but I think most of them were update to work better with Marshmallow. Also Bluetooth speakers and headphones work not as good as they used to before the update.
Can we hope for a new update to fix this all soon or is there a way to solve the problem?
Thank you!
You can check if you experience the same issue while on >>> safe mode, if you don't, then it's a third party app(s) causing this problem.
@uliwooly
Just tried it out. My phone is restarting right now because it didn't help and now it's back into Normal Mode, so much for Safe Mode.
