Sony Xperia SP screen

My sony xperia sp screen has frozen whilst i was clicking off an app.

It has been like this now for nearly an hour. I have tried holding the volume up buttom and power button many times now.

What do i do?!?!

I suggest that you remove the back cover, here you will find an OFF button which you can hold down for about 5-10 seconds to force a restart of your unit. Use a paper clip or similar to hold this button down.
