Hello!

For about 2 weeks I have a strange problem with the software... Some days I have a problem which I described below, the next few days soft was working normally - over and over the same circle...

I unlock my phone so as to have turned the last app and after trying to go to the main desktop (HOME button) simply have the same wallpaper and BACK button on the screen... But when I block the phone and unlock it back I can use the previous application. I can come in a variety of applications by a third button (last apps) that lists all running applications and fired it all until you press the HOME button.

Overall, this thing looks like when I do not press the HOME button (or eg. a messenger circle shortcut) phone is working, but I cannot watching movies, taking pictures and some keys on the keyboard do not hold options...

What it is going on? How can it be fixed? Maybe when my Z2 will be updated to Android M?

Still got the same error in Safe Mode...

You could reinstall the latest update with XC if you haven't already (XC it's not the same as reseting the phone), if you have, you could contact your Local support
