smart wireless headset pro playing up

Hi, I purchased my headset pro a couple of years ago and it was fine but now it's not turning off and when I try to go to factory settings in the menu it doesn't let me it always scrolls to the left even when I play my music it keeps back tracking, any idea how to fix this issue. Thanks

Sounds like there might be something wrong with the buttons on the headset. I suggest that you raise this with your local support team to proceed with this in the best possible way.
