SIM cover will not close

I just bought a new z3c and opened the sim card slot.  Now the SIM cover will not close.  Is there some special trick to get the sim cover to close?  IT seems like the bottom part that locks in, the little rubber nub is popping out.  Here is a pic of the panel

You probably pulled it to hard, you will have to contact your Local support

I barely touched it.  I can't imagine how on earth I pulled it too hard.

I can't answer that question, perhaps you pulled it by the wrong side, either or contact them
