Selfie Camera don't work

Hi everyone,
I've got a C4 dual sim Xperia, and I can't acess the selfie cam.
Either via snap or the camera app, and when I test it in the parameters option I've got a white screen...
Anyone know how to repair it ?

Settings > apps > all > camera > clear data > restart the phone 

if that doesn't work boot on >>> safe mode and report back.

Didn't work, it's like my front camera doesn't exist for my phone

So , I tried to repair it on PCC , it didn't work..

and i really have no idea how to repair it, i just resetted my phone but it didn't work...
