Screen z3 compact unwanted multitouch since Marshmallow

Hi All,.
I have a strange issue not sure if it hardware related.
My Screen registers in the middel of the Screen 1 Touch as 2 touches. Zo typing is difficult, selecting or using the Buttons below is rare.
Tester with a app and shows. 2 touchpoints in the middle of the screen. Aulso it seems that this occured after the last update. Changing keyboard didn't Help rebooting didn't Help.
Any Bright ideas?

Does your phone has a protective case, film, glass? if it does remove it and then 

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test touchscreen.

Thanks for responding and nope, all the time without screenprotector and the test fails. Isn't there a calibrating thing somewhere?

If the test fail then it might be hardware related, check for small cracks or contact your Local support

You could repair the phone with XC but it seems to be hardware related

Hmmm knowing that a replacement of the screen is costly, i will try to find a new secondhand phone... Trying factury default now

You could DIY, it'll be cheaper but will void the warranty
