screen too sensitive

screen of my z2 is too sensitive , my headset wire , pin can change the screen open apps like touching with my finger  , same with my charger pin , usb part and the metal part of the charger..thses all can activate anything on my screen ....went to sony service center they too dont know wat to do ...

no i dont ve a screen protector, i had but now dont

I think you should apply one,without the screen is ultra sensitive.
