Does anyone have problems with GPS navigation C5, my device does not sail law services. Can someone help me?

The C5 it's a very nice device but the GPS lock speed is horrible, it takes few minutes to lock satellites, while attempting to lock the location may jump from place to place errately. This is a typical defect of MTK Chipsets.

But you know what happens with the GPS is as follows;

I also have a problem with gps. My problem is the location icon keeps showing on the nenu bar when location mode is high accuracy ( WiFi mobile network, gps) or GPS only and drains on the battery even when I am not using it. It's fine when I use the mobile networks and WiFi mode

Can anyone help please.
