Problem with aux cable!!!!

when i plug in the aux cable it will just get sound out from the speakers!!! Please help came with tips to fix my problem

Could you test a different aux cable? also test with a pair of headphones.

Please try @uliwooly's suggestions as this is the most common cause of the issue you are facing. If it's not helping though please test your phone in safe mode and let us know what happens.
