I have a Sony C2004 which worked fine for about 3 months. One day, while I was using a mobile data connection, it began restarting automatically. However, there are no such troubles while using WiFi. I emailed Sony Support and they advised me to reset the phone. I promptly did that. But the problem still persisted. I gave the phone to Customer Care and they informed me that the motherboard will require replacement. But, even after motherboard replacement and Android upgrade (4.2.2 to 4.3), I'm still facing the issue. Is it a defect in my phone or a problem in my SIM card? Please help ASAP as my warranty will expire within two months.
