MXTP issue

Hi! Just want some help figuring out to solve my issue regarding it.. What happened is i enabled ultra stamina mode but when disabled it got stuck there and i ended up resetting my phone.. Unfortunatelly this my Xperia protection popped out on my screen trying to authenticate but it couldnt recognize my gmail account.. Any advise guys?

Hey, this method worked for me, so try this:
On page 12 the second top post.. Follow exactly what he says in the English translation. My xperia c4 locked out on me and my Gmail info wasn't working...but try this method as it saved my phone cus it totally fixed the lproblem for me and I've been able to use my my normally ever since. It's the 2nd top post, really long one, the one by Dariam or whatever. Hope this helps cus it worked for me! Just don't forget to follow instructions very very carefully like when you plug the wires and stuff.

I was originally told that it would be resolved withe a software fix, but to my dismay, Xperia Support is having me send it to Laredo, TX for a repair, so I'll be without my phone for a total of about 4 weeks.

Hi everyone
I've read that a lot of people have the same problem than me :
I have a Sony Xperia C4, and the MyXperia protection got activated.

now my phone is locked.
When I try to authenticate it, it just says "my xperia helper has stopped" .
So i cannot even access the menu to put my google account login/password.

I can access MyXperia website and I was able to locate the phone, play a sound, but not to unlock it.

I tried a factory erase and update using the sony pc companion, but I still have the same problem "my xperia helper has stopped" when i push the "authenticate " button ...

Is there a working solution please?
can I flash the boot or do anything to solve this?

PS:
I live in a country where Sony doesn't have any local support....

Hello all!

I need help with my phone Sony xperia c4. My handset had recently asked for a system upgrade to android lollipop which I allowed. After the installation it said that my xperia helper is not supporting and consequently it won't allow me to authenticate my phone account and use my phone. Please suggest on how to proceed.

Can you try to restart your phone in safe mode? May be a 3rd party app in causing a conflict.

I have the same problem ! 
and I've found on the net that many have that problem with the c4 too ! 

Is sony going to do a fix for that soon that we can update with the pc companion ?

or is there a way to downgrade our phone and come back to the older version which had no problem??

I live in a country without any local support service ( Tunisia ) so we need help from Sony on this problem please
