Mount SD Card not displaying in Storage

Is any other Z5 Premium owners having this issue. I cannot install a memory card in my mobile as there is no 'Mount SD Card' option in Storage.

Could you test a different SD card ? you might have to reformat the SD card.

I have tried 3 different cards (2 new ones). They are not registering and the mobile isn't giving a Format option.

That's quite odd, you could reformat the SD cards with your computer.

What version of Android are you running? Also what do you see when you access Storage?

Marshmallow 6.0. Storage is showing - Apps, Videos, Audio etc and what memory they are using. Nothing showing for External Memory or any option to Mount a SD Card.
