So the screen is on but the screen on is not full blue. same with wifi and awake sometimes they don't become bull. And also I put my phone in stamina mode and then I turn off the screen seconds later I turn it back on and the wifi was still on, the blue outline did not disappear and the wifi icon when I first turn the screen  on from standby the wifi icon would still always be there on top right. at the lock screen menu.
