Lagging

I recently purchased Xperia m4 aqua dual E2363 And from the first usage the phone is lagging vigorously though it has 2 gb ram it is lagging as if it has 512 mb ram and I takes lot of time to open apps and switch between apps. Please provide me with a solution for this problem.

It's one percent better in safe mode again same problem it takes lot of time to open apps

Delete all the call logs and empty the messaging app > report back, if you experience the same then you could repair the phone with XC
