Keeps telling me to transfer data to SDcard

In the past, on occasion I've been prompted to transfer data to my SD card because my 'internal memory is 75% full'. I press TRANSFER and, voila, it transfers! In the last couple of days I'm constantly being prompted to do this, but the TRANSFER button is greyed out and it says 0.0 MGS of data being transferred. Anyone know why this is?

You have to move media files.

I did an update of my phone, which was long overdue.  Seems to have fixed the problem.
