Issue with microphone

Hi, I just bought my Xperia Z2 a two months ago and experienced an issue with the microphone, sometimes people told me that they can't heard me during a phone call. Tried changing parameters like noise cancelling and others inside but it stills.

I thought that it would better with the last update but it didn't work.

If someone has a suggestion, please tell me, thanks.

Try the diagnostics menu under About phone and check for microphone test. If the results are fine, then no problem. If the occurrences are rare, then it could be specific network related issue also, which you shouldn't worry and leave the device as its at its best.

If you still feel, you want to try experimenting, then
try doing a software repair. But don't forget to take backup prior to doing repair as the entire data would be wiped out.

The lower part of the handset has to be within an inch or two of your mouth otherwise your voice will be very faint. It's just one of the many Z2 design faults. You are not alone.

Issue stills not like the beginning but sometimes I have to call twice to solve the problem.

Well I'm done it still having the same problem. I thought it was a good phone but I didn't work very well.
