How to remove lock screen advertising

I installed 360 Security App, then after finding it really annoying uninstalled it.

I've been left with screen advertising that I have to swipe left to get to my lock screen.

How do I remove this advertising please?

I believe you didn't delete all it's data or there was something else that came with it.

Good tip @alexdon. Does the same advertising pop up while in safe mode? If it does, can you provide us with a screenshot?
