[HELP] SMARTWATCH 2

help me please with this

so i just recently bought a sony smart watch 2 and i put it in charge for 5 mins, i took it out and it shows the charging symbol and thats all it is, it wont on the SMARTWATCH and i tried putting it in my pc but it doesnt work, it says 'not recognized device'

so glad if anyone can help

I suggest that you try to press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds to see if the SmartWatch will respond. If not, I suggest that you take it back to the store or contact your local Xperia care team for more information:
