Error code 1100

I have purchased a xperia z2 and then updated when I get Error code (1100) and a message that my IP is not authorized to update / repair / phone / tablet prototype. need help to upgrade.

Have you unlocked the bootloader on your Z2?

thanks for replying, I tried by all possible means and not even get out of the problem. this bootloader then lock it so hard, I can update via flashtool?

have you disabled the firewall and antivirus on your PC? have you try a different PC?

If all antivirus have been DISABLED and continues to fail, I still say it is because enterder prototype which had recently worked well, this is the second that sent me.
