dull screen

Twice now after sending phone for new battery screeen suddenly goes dull. is not the brightness level as this is up to max and I cannot see any other cause. last time it just rectified itself after a few hours but woudl like to know what is causing this and how to reverse.

I also have that same problem but i couldnt get out of it, its till dull now iam very fed up of it...

I have the Xperia M4 Aqua dual (E2312) version. Plz give me a fast recovery for it.

I was also fed up with one problems and another with this phone so phoned Amazon and got a refund. not buying sony again

try to disable adaptive brightness, at settings>displays

and it would help to have another same device as a comparison,
