Dissapointment

I am highly dissapointed with the sony company in general.

I had a xperia Z3 that it was suppose to be waterproof and water resistante. But the minute i put it under water after 4 months of buying it , it stoped working, i sended it for repair to sony and this is the day that i have not receive my phone or any news of where it is. Will not recommend this company to any one after what ive been through and specialy after finding out that all of the costumer service representatives live in dominican republic and they can only contact people from the repairs center in the u.s and canada via emails. How does that even work? i've given up on a phone that cost me $700 and that i still have to pay without using it. And its ridicoulos that a company this big can't fix a problem so small.

I'm sorry to hear that but this is a user based forum, contact your local Xperia Care and request a vacuum test, that will prove who is at fault
