Crazy touchscreen after Marshmellow update xperia z3

Hi bros,

a week ago i updated to 6.0 with mi xperia z3. 

Everything went well until y boot mi device and i realize that i cant use the touchscreen (the phone works well) and if i let the screen unbloqued it goes crazy. Software repair with companion wont work, i already did it. Tecnic support guys have never seen nothing like that.

What could be the problem?

I'm sorry to hear that, it might be a hardware issue. Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the touchscreen

also, check if you experience the same in >>> safe mode

I cant even get in the menu. How is that u think that is hardware issue if it occur once i updated the phone. It was functioning well

I would tend to agree with @uliwooly that this is a hardware issue, as if it were software, the software repair should have resolved the problem. Either way, your local support team will be the best people to assist you here.
