Sony should take after Samsung and offer cheaper screen replacement when people drop them.

This monday i had a nice surprise, was using my phone on facebook app, put it down for 5 mins on the table, got a text msg, picked the phone up and it was cracked.. 3 weeks old Z2 that i havent dropped once or anything like that, so now am gonna try to deliver it where i bought it and hopefully they can help me..

After few days, sony replaced my cracked back panel as a warranty claim.

Thank You Sony! Hope it won't crack on its own again.

my screen has cracked AGAIN!!

I am so very unhappy. Sony I no longer trust your manufacturing.

thankfully O2 are shipping me ANOTHER replacement tomorrow, but I now know that this will happen again, that somewhere along the line (my money is on 2 months time) that this replacement will self destruct.

So I guess my thoughts of selling my old iPhone5 can go out the window, its going to have to live in the drawer for the next 24 months!

I wish I haddn't shelled out for all the accessories to go with the Z2 otherwise I'd be going sim only and wait for a phone to come along that isnt inheriently flawed!

I cant say that I am surprised after having three different Xperia Z2's inside a month. All with major faults and software bugs. I asked Telenor which is my provider if I can get it replaced with another make. I don't want to waste anymore of my time on that lousy phone.
