I'm sorry to hear that but this is a user based forum, you should ask them why do they have to replace the tablet and not just the LCD + Digitizer, I wonder if the motherboard it's damaged.

My z2 just cracked by itself like how!!!!!! now i cant use my phone at all.. i am never getting a sony phone again
