Cpu issues

Hi guys wondering if this is normal to my phone .. I've dropped my z5 few times with spigen casing and some of my cpu cores is offline even i load some games or apps .. is it damaged when i dropped it or theres some other issue going on ? Thanks

Technically, all CPUs would be operating when cpu intensive tasks are running. Although I doubt it's due to the fall because it would have affected everything else.

1 - Can you try using performance/benchmarking app like AnTuTu or somethign similar. Make sure you get the latest.

2 - Make sure you are not using Custom ROM.

Offline cpu cores are normal, it's how BIGlittle works.
Only uses the cores it needs.
You'll find when loading games etc the slower cores will be offline, similarly, when the phone is doing nothing, the faster cores will be offline
