Cannot accept bluetooth files!

This is REALLY annoying; I am trying to bluetooth a file from my desktop Mac to my phone; this has worked 100's of times with no problem, but now; when I tap on the message 'do you want to receive this file?' in order to click 'yes'; the message disappears! The black notification screen folds up again so the message vanishes & I cannot accept the file. Any ideas...?

Hi, 

First of all i would suggest that you try to clear data for the app "Bluetooth share" under settings > apps > all > Bluetooth share > clear data and restart the phone. 

If the behavior still persists, which file format is the file you are trying to send to your phone? Have you tried to send other files?
