Can't turn on any accessibility settings

I've been trying to activate any of the services and somehow I can't. Everytime I get to the point of clicking OK, the phone doesn't respond and I can only cancel or go back. I have many apps services I'd like to activate and the phone doesn't let me. I even tried to activate talk back and I get the same result... At the moment of accepting, I click OK and nothing happens, the screen stays the same and I can only go back or cancel.

Can someone help me please?

Yes, the phone restarts perfectly. I did so in safe mode and discovered I can turn on the accessibility settings in safe mode (although there's not many options available). So now I know it's an app that's interfering with the accessibility seeking and doesn't let me turn them on. I uninstalled the ones that appeared on the accessibility list and tried again to no avail.

So now I know is one on the apps I have installed on my phone. Isn't this a bug that Sony should fix, instead of me having to uninstall the apps?

@paloma0111

It's not a Sony issue, its an app that was installed by you, you can uninstall one by one until you find the culprit or you can repair the phone with PCC

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

Alternatives on How to backup Xperias

What does it mean "repair your phone" using sony bridge ?

Ive installed bridge and it allows only transfer, backup, update etc...

Did someone got the problem fixed on his/her's xperia Z ? ? (paloma0111???)

Thanks !
