Adhesive sticker creen is loose and does not work

My adhesive sticker screen from top side does not work and now there is a gap between the frame and the screen.

It had very bad quality.:smileyangry:

Why Sony siad it is best water proof and passes IP 68 tests?????Why a phone has tish problem? Why????

I bought it form its water resistant but now I afriad.:smileyworried:

My screen is under daneger!!!!!!!!!!

I don't want WATERPROOF, I afraid rain damages  my phone.:smileyconfused:

What should I do now??????

I suggest that you raise this with your local support team to send this phone in to a service center for repair.

Now, I am in Montreal. Do you have any costumer service in Monteal that I go there and they fix it for me in-person???
