To Sotiris:

Just clear cache & data on Viber and Skype. I had a problem aswell with them. They use to crash all the time when I got the .201 update. If this doesn't work, just re-install those apps, and magic will happen

Bravia Engine working properly

RAM is about 270mb with BBM, wechat, viber, messaging working on the background. Definitely better than the last firmware release.

Done all that stuff mate, even more, like back it up, uninstall it and then restore it from the backed up. 
Since the 4.3 I can't make VOIP calls (voice over IP)

If you look on Sony site thousands complain about this aswell. 😕
