Hi,
When I try to transfer files from internal memory o sd card my phone does not recommend any files.
Has anyone else had this issue and how can it be solved?

are you using the built in file manager? if so make sure you have all the permissions for that app enabled.
alternatively you can try to transfer files in Settings>storage
Yes I am using the built in file manager and when I go to settings and then storage and try to transfer files onto the SD Card then only 1 if any files comes up.
You've got to search for the files you want to move, so that'll mean looking in Downoads, Music, Video folders, etc.
Best bet is download Files by Google, far and away a better file manager than Xperias built in one.
Easier to browse with, easier to movie files.
