Turn off xperia XA phone
Hi my phone's charging ended when I recharged it. After hitting the phone, it sticks to the Xperia logo and doesn't go up, thank you for guiding us and telling us where the problem is.

just to clarify, the phone was working fine but it ran out of battery so you put it to charge and whenever you try to turn it on its stuck on the xperia logo?

Is the phone stuck on the Xperia logo or does the phone restart once the Xperia logo is shown? 

a good start is to try rebooting the phone without a SIM or SD card in order to see if it is the cards that are malfunctioning. You can also try to enter safe mode by pressing and holding the volume down-key during the boot sequence.

If that does not work, it might be a good idea to try to repair the software on the phone using Xperia Companion and a computer. Keep in mind though that since you are not able to access the phone, you will need to start the repair with the phone detached from the computer and tick the "My device cannot be detected or started, or is a Smartwatch 3" checkbox and choose "Next", then simply follow the on-screen instructions.
