Speech to text app for text/sms/swedish

Hi, trying to help my dad getting a speech to text for the xa2 that works for text messages???

Gboard only records small sound files and adds them to the text message.

And it seems it won't work on Sony plus Android for whatever reason (someone said in a video on youtube)

Any app that works for swedish language?

Hi @Profilnamnet, let me see if I can help out here.

Unfortunately, my support when it comes down to third party apps is a bit limited. However, there is a pre-loaded speech to text feature in the phone called Google voice typing, this is an experimental technology from Google, and is available for a number of languages and regions. To use this feature simply tap on the keyboard icon in the navigation bar and choose Google Voice typing . Thank you, I will try the link and see if it works (have been inside 'settings' and tried different options, nothing has worked yet.)

I have a Motorola "lenovo" phone too, android, and its built in speech to text is flawless, even when using rare or foreign words. Dad was impressed it picked up every word in normal speech, he wanted something similar.

It worked well.

Icon in the bottom right corner was a bit too small, not 'elderly' approved.

But it works.
