Camera app by sony

Hello Sony, 

My Sony is Xperia XA2 Ultra. I have a problem with camera app, by Sony. This app, didn't work properly. If I clicked this app, it suddenly stop. So I can't take a photo or recorded video..

I have tested my camera with xperia test, and camera can take a photo normally.. And If I use other camera app, it works normally

Please suggestion how I fixed this camera app,

I'm sorry to hear that, what if you boot in >> > Safe mode

My camera have a error just in back camera, I start device in safe mode and is the same, don't start camera. I do not what to do

Hello,

I had tested with Xperia Test in all off application, included the camera. And all off hardware, included camera work normally.

The problem, when I used camera app, this apps don't work properly, suddenly close automatically.. I think the problem with camera app, not camera hardware. Because I used another camera apps, camera can take photo normally.

In my phone do not work camera include in other app, said "CAMERA NOT AVAILABLE" I restart the camera in settings and realized test of all apps, and not working, sometimes when restart phone the camera works for a few minutes, and suddenly close.

@Poppy14find the Camera app on the apps list and long press the icon, and then press the little (i) icon on the bubble that pops up. then go to Storage > Clear data. you won't lose your photos, but it'll reset camera settings to default values.
